The Bridal Suite
The White House Hotel is a beautiful Victorian 1868 restored Hotel, it is a perfect location for a wedding for
the bride and groom that long for the Victorian beauty of a time long past.
The Hotels 70’x20’ Grand Ball room can seat 140. Lower bathrooms are available,
as well as a large kitchen. The hotel has an attached saloon for picture
settings (dry bar). Dance floor may be available at the adjoining Festhalle.
The Hotel is over 143 years old. This building is a fine example of the
old Federal style buildings popular in the 1860s.
Because of its age, bathrooms, and some services are limited.
A gothic cellar is available. With its rock walls it makes an impressive back drop
for pictures, and also has a small dance floor, used in the 1920s as a speakeasy.
The Bridal Suite (above) will accommodate the groom and bride to spend their honeymoon
as part of the wedding package if desired. This is a full service room, with a private bath.
We prefer doing weddings/receptions that do not serve liquor due local code restrictions,
as well as protection for the antique furnishings.
3000 watt sound system is available, as well as a grand piano.
We have a catering service that will provide a fabulous selection of foods, beautiful dinnerware,
linens and even a tent for the courtyard at a very reasonable price!
